The latest developments concerning the spread of the coronavirus and the measures taken by the Federal Council also have a direct impact on the activities of the SAC and its sections.

Due to the limited space and often simple hygienic conditions in the huts, compliance with all measures is difficult or even impossible. For these reasons, the Swiss Alpine Club recommends that the sections close their huts until further notice or do not open them at all.

 

We follow these recommendations and inform you with great regret that the Boval hut will remain closed in winter (no winter room, no shelter).
